Shipping Policy
All artworks are carefully packed and shipped from Latvia with full tracking and insurance.
We use Latvijas Pasts, EMS, and FedEx depending on destination and value.
Every item is handled with museum-level care and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
All shipments include a tracking code, which is provided to the buyer immediately after dispatch.
Packages can be tracked online through the respective carrier’s website.
Estimated delivery times:
– EU: 5–10 business days
– USA, UK, Canada: 10–20 business days
– Japan and Asia: 10–25 business days
Each parcel includes full customs documentation.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes where applicable.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To start a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packed.
Refunds are issued once the item is received back.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or misdescribed.
