By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authenticity
2. All artworks are guaranteed to be authentic and described to the best of our knowledge. Provenance notes are provided for educational and research purposes.
3. Condition
4. Items are antique or vintage unless stated otherwise. Minor signs of age are described honestly and visible in photos.
5. Payment
6. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal in euros (EUR). Prices include VAT where applicable under EU regulations for small enterprises.
7. Shipping
8. Orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia, within 3–5 business days after cleared payment. Tracking numbers are provided to all buyers.
9. Returns
10. Returns are accepted within 14 days as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
12. All texts, photographs, and research materials are property of Riga Gallery of Japanese Art and may not be reused without written permission.
13. Jurisdiction
14. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

Our gallery operates transparently and in good faith with every collector.
